Lunova Group is currently recruiting for an industry leader and we are looking for top talent to join them. Our client is a leading refractory and industrial fireproofing contractor in North America and they are looking to continue their growth strategy.   They perform expert work in a variety of industries including gas, power, steel, medicine, and biofuels to name a few.

They rely on their sales team to bring in new projects, so as a leader of this team, it is your responsibility to connect the organization to customers and projects.    You will be the front line for building new relationships and driving new project opportunities.

Our client takes great pride in delivering excellent results and service to their customers.    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for organizing and executing a focused sales plan to best reach these customers.  

This position will be home based in Houston, TX or elsewhere in the Gulf Coast Region.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager include:
  • Contact new and existing customers, drive sales, and capture new revenue.
  • Develop pipeline analysis and qualification of opportunities.
  • Create a defined sales process and value proposition.
  • Attend conferences specific to our market and network with and entertain potential customers.
  • Create and deliver presentations that clearly communicate the company’ s abilities with a spectrum of audiences.
  • Make recommendations to management for new business growth.               
  • Setup project management for success by providing accurate and reliable information regarding projects and customers.

Requirements of the Business Development Manager are:
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales or marketing in Industrial Construction/Energy market.
  • BS in Engineering discipline is preferred.
  • Ability to connect with new people and build relationships.
  • Goal oriented; strong self-motivation and self-organization. 
  • Ability to analyze and track projects from origination to award.
