Senior Sales Manager

Lunova Group is currently seeking a motivated individual for our client, a manufacturer of continuous temperature measurement in the metals industry.   

The successful candidate will have a major focus on driving revenue and managing all expenses within the sales, marketing, customer service and product development areas.

Senior Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies, create sales forecasts
  • Design strategic business plans to grow the business
  • Established marketing goals, objectives and budget requirements
  • Develop and promote new product development
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Manage sales processes
  • Interface with engineering team, sales representatives, and customers
  • Negotiate commercial deals

Senior Sales Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years’ sales and engineering experience
  • Most recently in a sales management role
  • Excellent strategic planning skills
  • Fluent in Spanish preferred
