Lunova Group is searching for a part-time or full-time Office Manager to organize and coordinate office administration and assist the Recruiting Managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists in the placement process.
We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn’ t mind wearing multiple hats. This person should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and is well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of fun people!
Office Manager Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to all employees
Assist recruiting managers with editing resumes
Serve as the point person for duties regarding: mail, supplies, etc.
Assist with data entry into our database
Greet visitors at the front desk area
Order office, merchandise and kitchen supplies
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Office Manager Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience within recruiting atmosphere is a plus!
