Lunova Group is searching for a Sales Representative for our client, a manufacturer of refractory mixes for the steel industry, to support their fast-growing steel industry sector. The candidate will be based in a home-office and travel to customers as needed. This person will be responsible for account management and new business development of refractory applications within the territory.

To develop and expand the business within the territory
Manage the P&L for your region
Ensure the correct processing of client orders, logistics and payments
Monitor the market by analyzing the competition, potential new clients, raw material cost and regulations
Draft and negotiate contracts
Provide timely and accurate sales quotations and proving timely follow up to customer inquiries
Provide customer service and technical support and resolving customer problems
Bachelor’ s degree preferred, but not required
Knowledge of steelmaking is preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the industrial/steel industry, refractory experience a plus
Travel up to 70% or as needed
Excellent interpersonal skills
Results oriented and self-driven with a willingness to succeed
