Lunova Group is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our client, an electrical equipment manufacturer, to cover the California territory. This position will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts and developing new business within the territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new purchase orders, growing the revenue and expanding market share, and developing new opportunities for the company.

Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager:
Development of new accounts in order to increase the market share
Participate in and document all significant client interaction.
Develop a growth trajectory with expansion of revenue and market share and potential entrance into new market areas
Understand customer requirements and provide sales support
Manage database CRM for the territory to ensure all sales activity is entered into the system on a timely basis
Work with sales and management team to develop a company marketing plan and assist with efforts to update or revise plan
Achieve annual sales target
Assist in organizing customer events, tradeshows, training and meetings.
Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
Requirements of the Regional Sales Manager:
Bachelor’ s degree in related discipline
Minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 4 years in outside sales
Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry and Power Production
